Pricing
Custom Treats Vary depending on intricacy of the design. Extra packaging details are subject to an extra cost. Sweets are sold by the dozen with the exception of pre-sales and flash sales and if otherwise stated.
ORDERS MUST BE PLACED A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR EVENT
Any order placed less than 2 weeks from the event is subject to a $25 rush fee and will be dependent of my availability.

In order to ensure your booking, a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required for orders over $100. Orders under $100 MUST be paid in full at time of order. Final payment is due 1 week before your event.
Order Pickup
Orders must be picked up at my residence in Corona, CA 92882 at the date and time agreed upon at the time of your order. If orders are not picked up within 24 hours of the agreed upon date and time, your order and payment will be forfeited. If you have any changes, please contact me ASAP to make accommodations.
Cancelling an Order
Cancellations will be addressed on a case by case basis. The deposit is non-refundable, but your payment may be used as a credit for a future order and must be used within 1 year of original event date.
If there is an emergency on my part resulting in my inability to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you must contact me within 24 hours of your event and we will work together to resolve the issue to the best of my ability.

Changing an Order
Requests for changes to design, quantities, or dates may only be requested up until 1 week before pick-up date. Less than a week before your pick-up date, changes will not be allowed.
Changes are NOT guaranteed and will be made at my discretion depending on my ability to accommodate the request.
Allergen Notice
Treats are made in a kitchen that is not allergen free. Although your allergen may not be in your treat, I cannot guarantee that it did not come in contact with it while being made.
It is your responsibility to alert me of any food allergies you may have so that I may make a decision whether taking your order is possible.
